Practice Groups

Blue - Can swim one lap of the pool and demonstrates basic understanding of all four strokes. Usually have participate in Pre-team although not mandatory. Coaches determine when able to move up to Yellow Group

Yellow - Can swim unassisted, has knowledge of all four strokes and can swim each of the four strokes. Coaches determine when able to move up from Blue Group

Black -For our most experienced swimmers, knowledge of all four strokes and swim jargon.

(Swimmers may move up or down depending on skill and ability)
