Session 1: 9:30am - 10 & under (Warm-up - 8:20 am in two sessions) Note: Pool area will open at 7:30am and coaches meeting at 9:15am 

Session 2: 1:30pm - 11 to 18 (Warm-up - 12:20 pm in two sessions) Note: Session 2 time may be shifted later to allow 30 minutes between the end of the AM session and the start of warm ups for the PM session.

Each swimmer is allowed to enter a maximum of four events of which no more than three (3) may be individual events. Ex: 2 Relays and 2 individual events or 3 individual events and 1 relay. 

Medals will be given for 1st -3rd, and ribbons for 4th - 8th place.

At the participant entrance we will give out wristbands so that they will have access to the indoor facility during the day. All swimmers may re-enter the pool area during both sessions. The spectators will enter in the main entrance where an entrance fee of $5.00 (children 5 and under free) will be collected and receive a wristband. All entry fees will be used to cover pool rental and officials payments. Heat sheets will be on sale for the spectators.

CCAA: 2026 CCAA Champs CCAA has asked each team for donations. please check out the sign up genius for the hospitality room. they bring in officials for this meet that are paid so we are hosting them.
